Glass Vase "Confetti Poppy Pastel" - Handmade by Pia Hoff  21 cm

The mouth-blown vase with the resonant name "Poppy Pastel" combines a puristic shape with a spectacle of colour. The pastel shades of the dots are complemented by a poppy green rim. These contrasts give the "Confetti" vase a strong momentum. It is at the same time discreet and an absolute eye-catcher in any interior.

You can recognise high quality handmade glass by the soft rim and the small imperfections. The characteristic "pontil mark" at the bottom results from separating the glassmaker's pipe from the object. Each piece is unique and handmade by an artist. Differences in height and diameter of approx. 1 cm are a distinctive feature of mouth-blown glass.
